Row Your Way to a Better Deadlift
It’s not much of a secret that I am a big fan of deadlifts.
Therefore, I enjoy writing about how to make them better.
I wrote an article the other week for the EliteFTS crew that went live today. If you don’t know much about EliteFTS, you should definitely check them out. The company is run by Dave Tate, who is a true living legend of the fitness industry. Dave has had a BIG influence on my development as a fitness professional!
The site is geared toward powerlifters, but there are a lot of great training and life lessons that can be learned by just browsing through their articles section for a bit.
They also have a lot of great training apparel and equipment!
I actually had my first-ever article published through them back when I was a sophomore in college! It’s crazy how time flies.
It has been over a year since I have written anything for them, but I hope to contribute on a more regular basis in 2013.
Anyway, the article goes into detail on how barbell rows can improve your deadlift performance. Barbell rows don’t get as much respect as they deserve in the industry, so I am doing my part to give them a voice!
